This policy explains what personal data SmartCS Tech collects through smartcstech.com, why we collect it, who receives it and what choices you have.

1. Who we are

The website smartcstech.com is operated by SmartCS Tech, 45 Kambez Nadi Al Saeed, Dokki, Giza, Egypt. SmartCS Tech decides how the personal data described here is used (the data controller). You can reach us at momentum@smartcstech.com or on +20 100 410 1127.

This policy covers this marketing website only. The Momentum ERP and CRM application and our other products are covered by their own terms and privacy notices.

2. What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and demos, and keep a record of the conversation. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We use them to answer you.
• Analytics. We record pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use it to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. If you decline cookies, we still count your visit using anonymous, cookieless measurement. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring site use, and your consent for cookies.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. No analytics cookies are set until you choose Accept. Visits are still counted anonymously, without cookies, if you decline.

• Analytics cookies (only after you accept): used to tell visits apart and kept for up to two years.
• Stored on your device without your consent being needed: your cookie choice (cookie-consent) and, if you switch language, your language preference (language). Both stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Choosing Decline removes the analytics cookies we can reach and stops analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Who receives your data

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Our analytics provider. It may process data outside Egypt.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by their terms.

These providers process data for us or under their own terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of them are located outside Egypt, so your data can be transferred abroad; we only use providers that publish data-protection commitments.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact details and messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for a limited period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your data for a purpose you object to;
• withdraw your consent at any time (for analytics, use Cookie settings).

Write to momentum@smartcstech.com. We will answer within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to contact messages to the staff who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, social networks and our MomentumFlow tools. We do not control them; please read their privacy notices.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here and update the date above. If a change affects how we use cookies, we will ask for your choice again.
